      <title>Training Run from the Clubhouse (12 Sep 2010)</title>
      <description>&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;We meet for our very organized Sunday morning group&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;runs bright and
early (and in any kind of weather) at the Leonardo First Aid Station
(aka "The Clubhouse"!)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

Our groups generally run from 6 to 15 miles (sometimes farther!) at various paces.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Start time is 8am from Labor Day thru Memorial Day, then 7am for the Summer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These are our long slow, steady training runs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The
course can be hilly, or flat (if you run along the Henry Hudson Trail),
and the main course is shaded and scenic with a mix of paved and gravel
surfaces, as well as routes through Huber Woods and Hartshorne Woods on
rough dirt trails.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Water and bathrooms are available at the Clubhouse and on the course (about every 2 miles).&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The water stops are being put out by the same valiant volunteers every

      <title>Training Run from the Clubhouse (12 Dec 2010)</title>
      <description>&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;We meet for our very organized Sunday morning group&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;runs bright and
early (and in any kind of weather) at the Leonardo First Aid Station
(aka "The Clubhouse"!)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

Our groups generally run from 6 to 15 miles (sometimes farther!) at various paces.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Start time is 8am from Labor Day thru Memorial Day, then 7am for the Summer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These are our long slow, steady training runs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The
course can be hilly, or flat (if you run along the Henry Hudson Trail),
and the main course is shaded and scenic with a mix of paved and gravel
surfaces, as well as routes through Huber Woods and Hartshorne Woods on
rough dirt trails.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Water and bathrooms are available at the Clubhouse and on the course (about every 2 miles).&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The water stops are being put out by the same valiant volunteers every
